Some info for tourists who find their way to my little catering service.
This is my first summer season where a number of tourists have started to show up, thanks in part to Brobike who have been kind to recommend me.
I am certain that I have the sweetest customers in all of southern Zealand, both "old" regulars but also more and more newcomers, including tourists now. You are all very welcome. I would like to offer you all the best possible service, but I am unfortunately not very good at English (I had some help translating this), so it is sometimes difficult for me to explain myself, but I do the best I can. I am sorry that I sometimes have to turn away customers who come in from the street, since you can't all know how I run things. I would therefore like to offer a little info here, to help you along.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can buy sandwiches and smørrebrød (traditional Danish open-faced sandwiches), soft drinks, beer, coffee and tea.
Monday to Thursday I offer a choice of two warm dishes for today's special, and a single dish most Saturdays and Sundays. Orders for today's special have to be made before 2 p.m. and can be picked up between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m..
Since my English is poor, it is difficult for me to accept orders by phone, but you are welcome to drop by and I'll do my best to take your orders.
Best regards, Maja Veje
